Every September and October, the Canadian Rockies put on one of the best shows in nature — golden larches and aspens, turquoise lakes, and the first snow dusting the peaks around Banff. I've been coming here for years, and I've got the timing, the light, and the hidden corners figured out. Over 7 days, Lisa and I will take you to a good mix of icons and lesser-known, quieter hidden gems most visitors never find. Small group, two guides, proper comfort at the end of each day. This one's about learning to see the mountains the way we do.

Fitness — Moderate hiking is involved, with steep inclines and uneven terrain on some hikes, so a reasonable level of fitness — plus solid camera fundamentals — will help you keep pace with the group.
