Five days chasing the surreal, pastel-coloured salt lakes of north-west Victoria — Lake Tyrrell and the wider Mallee region, a landscape unlike anywhere else in Australia. This tour is built around abstracts, reflections, textures, and wildlife, and it's also ideally suited to drone photography, with a private chartered aerial flight over Lake Tyrrell giving you a perspective almost no one else gets to shoot from. Small group, two guides, and the kind of one-on-one mentoring that only comes from a 4:1 client-to-guide ratio.

Fitness — Moderate hiking is involved, with steep inclines and uneven terrain over some hikes, so a reasonable level of fitness — plus solid camera fundamentals — will help you keep pace with the group. Gumboots are mandatory, given the wet, muddy salt-lake terrain.
