This image was taken in a pine forest during a snowstorm near Saskatchewan River - Alberta in the Canadian Rocky Mountains in the Fall of 2018’ whilst I was guiding a group workshop. I’ve only got around to editing the image this Autumn of 2022’. I loved the end result so much that I have got a print of it for my own house. It really does have that “Ethereal” feel to it, “extremely delicate and light in a way that seems not to be of this world”. This will make a superb fine art print & fit any decor with its soft, non-intrusive palette.

  We back the image with a white 2mm Dibond to add rigidity and use an aluminium sub frame to float it from the wall.

  Because of the different light penetration and refraction of acrylic glass compared to normal glass, the colours are more brilliant and the image sharper than compared to standard glass in a picture frame.
